Recording telephone calls
We record our telephone calls for staff training and quality control. It is made clear every call is recorded and participants have to consent to be recorded.
Telephone call recordings are routinely deleted every six months/will not be held longer than six months unless it is required as part of a complaint/s management. The telephone recordings are stored on a password protected PC and are protected by IT firewall and anti-virus software. These recordings will not usually be shared outside the company.
You can ask to review any data that we hold for you (a reasonable administration fee may be chargeable) or withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Data Protection Officer at email@example.com.
